Most of the pieces I make are "special orders" and never make it to my site. I am happy to create something special for you. Please keep in mind that each girl is a "one of a kind" and cannot be repeated. I can create something "along the same lines" as the pieces on my site. Wow! I can't believe it has been so long since I have updated my site. But, after a crazy few months I am getting back in the swing of things. I have some great news to report!! Check your newsstands in August for two wonderful magazines. One is called "Art Doll Quarterly". I will have some fun Halloween pieces in the Autumn issue. I will also have a couple of pieces in "Somerset Studio" magazine September/October issue. If you aren't familiar with the magazines, they are published by Stampington & Company. You can find them at bookstores like Barnes & Noble and Borders. The magazines are more like a soft covered book than a regular magazine. They are very beautifully published.
Also, I have a few designs that I have licensed with a company called ESC Trading Co. Watch your favorite stores for the pieces to arrive this Fall. I am so excited to be working with this company and the great thing about licensing my designs is that they will be very affordable and great for all who like to decorate for the Holidays.

I had planned a web update for Monday, December 4 but unfortunately, I have nothing left from my show to update my site with. I will however have 2 new pieces available on the Pfatt website that is updated on the 10th of each month. These 2 pieces are larger in size and they will be my last pieces for the holiday season. Please see my shops/shows page for a link to the Pfatt Marketplace website. Also, I have added a wonderful new store that will be receiving 1 angel in red, 1 winter girl in pinks and creams and the snow girl on the home page of my site (the one in green). Please see my shops/shows page for information on Old World Charm in San Luis Obispo. You can contact them if you are interested in any of these 3 pieces. These girls will be arriving in San Luis on Friday, December 8.

Wow! What an amazing Fall season this has been. Business has been wonderful and I am working with some of the most amazing shopkeepers who have chosen to carry my work. I have been extremely busy filling their orders and you will soon be able to find my work in 7 shops in 4 different states. I have also recently joined the group of gals at Pfatt Marketplace (see my shops/shows page). This is a website that is updated on the 10th of each month and they carry some of the most amazingly talented artists.
In this update I am offering 2 Christmas pieces for sale. I will be having another website update with much more on Tuesday, December 5. I will be taking a limited number of special orders thru the holiday season so if there is something you would like, please feel free to email me.
If you see something you like, that has been sent out to one of the stores please feel free to contact them. If they still have it they would be happy to ship it to you. If it has sold then I would be happy to make something similar for you. Just contact me.
Also, I will be participating in A Cottage Boutique, An American Folk Art Faire on Saturday, December 2 in Sacramento, CA. Please email me if you would like to receive a postcard or see my shops/shows page for more information.

I finally have some new pieces added to my site! I have been so busy with "summer vacation" so far I haven't had much time to work. By the way...who said summer was a vacation when you are a Mom? Check my shops/shows page for information on the next show I will be attending. It is in Pleasanton, CA. and it will be filled with tons of great artists, many of who have become my dear friends. We always have a great time together and look forward to meeting people who enjoy folk art as much as we do!

Oh my gosh...where has the time gone? I apologize for neglecting this website. Life has been crazy the last few moments as we were going thru a kitchen remodel. Anyone that has remodeled anything knows what I mean about "crazy"!! Well we are now on the tail end of the remodel and are glad that life is getting back to normal.
I just returned from the All-I-Day folk art show at the Disneyland Hotel. How much fun it was! I was so happy to see and visit with some of my customers and be able to spend time with the other artists. There was a wonderful assortment of the finest quality art. I look forward to the next All-I-Day show which will be in my neck of the woods. It is going to be in September in Pleasanton, CA. For more information please see my shops/shows page which has a link to the site for the show. There are currently 12 artists listed as participating but there will be more added soon.
Today I have posted some pieces of work that were left from my show. Please enjoy viewing them and let me know if you have any questions.

2 new Santa's posted today along with 2 witches.
I can't believe October is half over! Time flies when we near the holiday season. I had a GREAT time at the Halloween Folk Art Invitational in Pleasanton. It was so great to meet so many new people and finally I got to meet some of my local customers that collect my work thru local shops. Thank you for coming to visit! I do not have any new shows on the calendar for now. I am in the midst of a remodel and for those of you that have been thru one you know how much time it gobbles up. I am currently working on special orders and shop orders.
I am so excited!! Beginning in November I will have an ongoing display of my work at Thimblecreek Quilt Store in Walnut Creek, CA. There will be large items, small items, ornaments, angels, Santa's, snow people, lots of Halloween when it rolls around again. I will be changing the display with the seasons and holidays. It's been a while since I posted anything new. You can see some of what will be with me at the Halloween Folk Art Invitational in Pleasanton, CA tomorrow! See my "available" page if you can't make it. I will not be participating in any Christmas shows this year. I will be taking special orders at this time and I will be posting some Wintery Wonders on my site thru out the holiday season.

Next week is the Folk Art Invitational in Costa Mesa, California. I am so excited to be a part of this event and am looking forward to meeting many of my California customers along with all the other artists.
